Day 1: Arrival
Be welcomed to Egypt with our organised pick-up service coordinated to your flight arrival time.
First of all, your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at Cairo airport for a seamless pick up. Then you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle, ready to transfer you to your Hotel.
Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Hurghada
Your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to transfer you to Hurghada by A/C bus. Once arrived in Hurghada, you will be taken to your hotel.

Day 3: Hurghada – Open Day
Open day at Leisure to explore Hurghada.
Day 3 Option* Red Sea Snorkelling Tour.
Once the tour is complete you will be transferred in comfort back to your hotel.

Day 5: Cairo
Your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to transfer you to Cairo by A/C bus.
On the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle.
At the first stop, you will be amazed by the Egyptian Museum containing thousands of genuine artefacts, Statues and a priceless collection of Egyptian art. The most incredible being the full exhibit of King Tutankhamun, including the gold treasures found in his tomb in 1920.
At the next stop you will visit the Great Pyramids of Egypt, an Ancient Wonder of the World. Where you will visit and capture panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple and many other impressive photo opportunities.
Once the tour is complete you will be transferred in comfort to your hotel.

Day 6: Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo Airport in time for your departure.

Children Policy
The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.
- Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
- From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
- From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
- Children aged 12 and over travel at the same fare as adults.
Deposit
Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 25% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit, which can be paid via Online Payment, PayPal, or Western Union.
Tipping
Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one's satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don't have to do it.
Cancellation Policy
Important Note: If your trip includes a domestic flight or a Nile cruise, know that there is no refund for the booking value in the event of cancellation of the trip according to the policy of Nile cruises and airlines companies.
- 30 days before the trip 100% refund.
- 20 days before the trip 50% refund.
- 10 days before the trip no refund.
