Tour to Edfu and Kom Ombo from Aswan

Start with the departure to the locations of Edfu and Kom Ombo, assisted by our representative, who will pick you up from the hotel in Aswan. Initially, you will visit Kom Ombo Temple, at the time of its construction consecrated to two gods, Horus, the falcon-headed sun god, and Sobek, the crocodile-headed fertility god. Continue, then, to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, dating back to the period of the Old Kingdom. Its “telescope” structure measures a good seven thousand square meters, second only to the Temple of Karnak in Luxor. The Temple of Edfu is one of the monumental works located in Egypt that presents the best state of preservation, thanks to the thick layer of sand under which it has been buried for centuries.

At the end of the excursion, you will return to Aswan where you will stay in a hotel.

Prices are shown in US dollars per person per trip and can be paid in EUR or GBP.
