Tour Plan
Day Tour to El Fayoum from Cairo
Our representative will pick you up at your hotel in Cairo and take you to Fayoum so that you can see the famous places there. Wadi El Rayan was converted into a reserve in 1989 and is where everyone goes today. We will start our tour in Wadi Hitan Reserve, about 90 km from Fayoum. Wadi El Hitan is located in the protected area of Wadi El Rayan. It was named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO because it contains 40 million years of whale bones. Visit Jabal Al Mudawara on the way to Wadi El Rayan Falls. The next stop was Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls. Wadi El Rayan is a natural depression in the Western Desert, and it consists of two lakes connected to the only waterfalls in Egypt. These waterfalls were created in 1970 when wastewater from Fayoum farms overflowed. In a good restaurant, a late lunch will be served. After that, you will be back in Cairo.
Prices are shown in US dollars per person per trip and can be paid in EUR or GBP.
