Tour Plan
Abu Simbel Trip from Aswan by Plane
You will be taken to the airport for your flight to Abu Simbel. Abu Simbel is one of the most important sites in the whole Egyptian territory from a monumental point of view. It is here, in fact, that Pharaoh Ramesses II wanted the construction of several temples, among which today stand out two of particular importance, known as “Major Temple” and “Minor Temple” excavated in the bare rock, and the great Temple of Abu Simbel, unanimously considered the most imposing and the most beautiful, dedicated to the deities of Heliopolis, Menphy and Thebes (Ra, Ptah, and Ammon). The Minor Temple, dedicated to Queen Nefertari and the goddess Hathor, has on the facade the statues of Pharaoh Ramses and the royal family.
At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Abu Simbel airport for your flight to Aswan, where you will return to your hotel.
Prices are shown in US dollars per person per trip and can be paid in EUR or GBP.
