Dahab Red Sea, As a hippie hangout near the Red Sea in the 1960s, it has since developed to become a bustling beach town that provides easy access to some of the world’s top diving spots.

Dahab, a beach hamlet located amid the eastern coastline of Sinai, has developed into a thriving diving community in recent years. There is a well-established strip of restaurants and hotels in the center area of Dahab that allows guests to relax by the ocean while still receiving full restaurant service. Further north, the atmosphere is more relaxing and less developed, and only a few miles out of town, in either direction, are resorts that provide more private seclusion and exclusivity. All of these establishments provide excursions to several world-class diving and snorkeling sites in the surrounding area.

All of the popular activities include quad bike tours, camel rides, and day trips to St. Katherine and Mount Sinai, which are located deep in the center of the peninsula.

Nuweiba is a little town around 60 kilometers north of Dahab that is even more unassuming than the rest of the country. The majority of the hotels in this area are basic huts on the beach with a restaurant within walking distance. There is also a ferry service that departs from Nuweiba twice daily, taking passengers over the Jordanian border to Aqaba and back.
